We are happy to announce we will be introducing enhancements to our central monitoring station services to Rapid Response Monitoring (RRMS).

Beginning Thursday, July 20th 2023, the central monitoring station will call from a new toll free phone number which is 833-697-0405. Please program this number into your phone and identify it as Central Station. It is important you share this new phone number with those who are on your emergency call list who may possibly receive a call from the central station. 

Your account number will remain the same except with the prefix of "PM". Example 169-0000 will be PM1690000. Except for elevator accounts, please call us for this information.

Please be on the lookout for an introductory text message in the next few weeks which will enable interactive text messaging (SMS) with our central monitoring station as well as other exciting new features.

Our new monitoring service will be performed by one of the most technologically advanced, redundant communications centers in the country. These facilities are Underwriter Laboratories listed, Factory Mutual approved and Security Industry Association Certified. This means that your protection meets strict standards set by each of the governing agencies in areas such as response time, staffing and training requirements, automated record keeping and computerized alarm response procedures.
